How do you photograph weddings?
A. We specialize in capturing weddings with joy and authenticity. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable in the moment so that your pictures look natural. We will work to capture your wedding day story from the best angles and lighting. Your portraits have a classic and timeless appeal. We aim to capture candid moments, stunning portraits, and natural connections throughout the day.
Where are you based and do you travel?
A. I specialize in wedding photography all over Michigan, with a focus on Northern Michigan. There are no travel fees for weddings in Traverse City, Manistee, Ludington, Cadillac, Leelaneau Peninsula, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, and other nearby areas. If your wedding is outside of these areas, a travel fee may apply, but I always strive to keep costs low and find creative inspiration in new places. Let me capture your story, wherever it takes place.
When will we get our photos?
A. Your sneaks will be sent within 2 days of your event, and your online gallery link with all your photos will be delivered within a maximum of 12 weeks (usually 6). You'll have access to high resolution digital downloads, social media sharing, a favorites list, and the ability to order prints directly from your gallery. Quality is a top priority, so each photo will be carefully crafted to ensure that it's beautiful.
How many pictures will we receive?
A. On average, an 8-hour wedding coverage yields between 400-800 images. However, the final count may vary depending on your schedule, style, and approach. We guarantee that you will receive the most exceptional and meaningful photos that will beautifully capture the essence of your wedding day.
Do you offer professional albums and wall art?
A. We are proud to offer premium quality Printing Services: Custom Prints, Artwork, and Heirloom-Quality Albums
We offer a range of professional printing options, including wood, metal, and acrylic wall art. When I deliver your gallery, you'll have access to a convenient print shop that offers a wide selection of choices. If you're interested in preserving your memories in a luxurious heirloom album, I'm thrilled to work with you to create the perfect design. For something more unique, consider turning your images into a puzzle, a desk calendar, or even a retro viewfinder. We are confident that we can find the perfect printing option to display your memories in a beautiful way.
Do you offer flexible payment options?
A. We've Got You Covered: Flexible Payment Options for Your Wedding Photography
We understand that weddings can be expensive, and you deserve high-quality photography without breaking the bank. That's why we offer flexible payment options tailored to your unique budget. Here's how it works:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and retain our services.
The remaining balance can be paid in one lump sum, or you can choose up to six installments leading up to your wedding day.
Most couples prefer to pay a deposit with the final payment due one week before the wedding.
Let's work together to create a payment plan that fits your needs and ensures that your special day is captured perfectly.
Can I see a full Wedding Gallery?
A. Yes, absolutely! Please reach out and I'll send you a gallery that most closely reflects the coverage and location that you are planning for. In many cases I am able to provide a full gallery from a wedding at your venue.
Do you include a print release?
A. Yes. Every session and wedding day gallery is delivered in an online gallery that has a professional print shop attached for conveniece and quality guarantee, but I never require prints to be purchased through Treehouse Studios. The benefits of printing through your online gallery shop go beyond convenience and guaranteed professional quality. I also advocate on your behalf if any printing error occurs and work to resolve the matter quickly.
If you would like a print release, I will happily provide one for you, but I will not be able to guarantee quality or assist with any printing errors that arise.
